Formerly known as Chong Co, we’ve been part of the Toowoomba food scene for years. Loved by locals for our fresh, flavour-packed Thai dishes, we’re now entering a new chapter – same team, same commitment to good food, just with a new name and a more casual feel.
A Familiar Favourite, Reimagined
Nahm Thai isn’t a complete reinvention – it’s us refining what we do best. You’ll still find the classics people come back for - think Pad Thai and the good old Beef Massaman Curry - alongside new additions inspired by the street food stalls and family kitchens of Thailand.
It’s a place for quick lunches, easy dinners, and laid-back catch-ups – where the food speaks for itself, and the service feels like second nature. No gimmicks, just proper Thai done right.
